This is a recipe for a quick and easy cake. It takes about 35 minutes to make.
Pre-heat the oven to 350.
Open the can of peaches, dump them into a 9x13 casserole pan and spread them out evenly. Pour the cake mix over the peaches and spread it out evenly. Cut up the stick of butter into quarter-inch squares and drop onto the cake mix.
Cook for 35 minutes.
You can substitute a large can of baking apples for the peaches but, since the syrup is so think, and there's not much of it, you need to add some water to thin the syrup out so it spreads out. You want at least a quarter-inch of liquid in the bottom of the casserole pan.
